I tried to enter your sweeps twice w/ 2 tickets & both times it said I was putting in the wrong 12 digit code – I entered the 12 digit code clearly identified on receipt both times. what gives? is the survey legit or what. are there requirements not mentioned. it wouldn’t be so bad except 2 times in a row
We went to Lowes Roswell.Ray Fields was the employee to whom we were directed to attend for our problem.This gentlemen spent nearly half an hour to fix the problem which we were facing and to our surprise declined to accept any remuneration for the hard labor he put in though he solved our problem.Being a recent immigrant from India I admire his integrity, values and his helpful attitude. I would strongly recommend the apprecairion for his labor

I purchased a gas edger today and there was no manual on how to operate it. I called and was told I would have to come back to the store and they would take one out if another box. This apparently is what happened to the one in my box! What a way to do business. I will never buy anything from your store again. I’m supposed to drive back there, wasting my gas, because some sales clerk gave the manual in my box to someone else. I am a widow, in my seventies and on SS. I don’t have money to waste on gas.
