- Survey option: Head to the Ross survey website with the receipt from your recent store visit. Enter the 15-digit receipt number to begin. There is an option to take the Ross survey in Español as well.
- Begin taking the survey, answering every question as honestly as possible. You will rate your experiences when shopping in the store.
- At the conclusion of the Ross survey, you’ll be asked if you want to be entered in the sweepstakes. From there, you’ll provide additional personal contact information.
