What is the Sears Feedback survey?

The Sears Feedback Survey was designed to allow the company to gain an insight to what makes their customers happy and sad, if you have recently visited a Sears store and had a good or bad experience then it’s good to tell them how they are doing so they can rectify or improve the level of service available to the public.

  • Locate your receipt and enter the 12 digit sales check number, choose from 1-10 the likelyhood of recommending Sears, and answer further questions and click Submit to continue.
  • Enter the sweepstakes and enjoy your next visit to Sears.

  5. sears and kmart are owned by the same co. so why is it that when i put a 55 westinghouse tv on layway at kmart and the next day found the same tv at sears for less kmart refused to match the price . seems to me they would match the price since they are the same co . just sayin thats bull

    on 3-18-14, we went in to buy all new appliance for our kitchen. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was so helpful. She could answer any question we had on any of the applicance and knew what to show us for comparison on what we were looking for. She was very patient with us as we picked out the appliances. We have since then gone in to get cut out sizes for the cook top so we could give the company measuring for new granite tops for the counters. She printed out what we needed so we could give the installer. We appreciate dealing with people that can really help you. Thanks again. Becky and David Matthews

  9. My mother and I were suddenly in need of a dryer. I had previously gone to the Santa Monica Sears and talked to Lydia about an stove as ours had lost the oven and broiler functions. I wanted the Sears Elite, but it didn’t have a down draft vent, so it was put on the no burner.

    I drove my mother back to the Santa Monica Sears. The traffic was dreadful, due to road construction.

    Mom wanted a Maytag, and Lydia showed a nice machine and we purchased it. Lydia is also working to find us a stove that will replace our non stove.

    Lydia is an asset to your company.
