Sephora is a French brand and chain of cosmetics stores founded in Paris in 1970, and acquired by French conglomerate LVMH (Louis Vuitton and Moet Hennessy) in 1997. The Sephora chain includes more than 1,750 points of sale in 30 countries across the world. Carrying more than 100 brands, along with their own private label, Sephora offers beauty products including makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair care, bath and body products, and hair and make-up tools.

Why take part in the Sephora customer survey?

If you are a regular customer at Sephora stores, or recently purchased a Sephora product then we feel it’s always important to let the company know how they are doing – were you happy with the level of service you were given, was the product to your expecting standard, the price? By entering the feedback survey you can tell Sephora how you felt, so they can improve their level of service, product quality and overall make the company a better one.

By entering online you are entered into a monthly sweepstakes automatically, there will be one lucky winner every month to win a $250 Sephora gift card. Please see the official rules for more information.

How to participate in the Sephora survey

To begin you will need a PC or mobile device connected to the Internet, and have recently visited any of Sephora stores.

  • Visit the official survey page at https://survey.medallia.com/sephora/
  • Select the date and time of your most recent visit
  • Select the store of your visit and location (if in Canada continue to other link);
  • Continue to answer required questions
  • Once completed you can enter your details for sweepstakes

    Let me say that you have two terrific girls working at the Sephora, Palisades Center Mall, West Nyack, NY. On two difference occasions I had a great experience with NickiAnne and Sarah. Both girls were helpful, courteous and simply adorable. Maria was at the register and very helpful a lovely lady. Customer service matters so much and these girls really know what that means. I hope that you recognize their talents and their enthusiasm!

    This morning I went to the Sephora store in Times square #304. I asked for some assistance with my aging complicated skin. I was immediately assisted by Miriam. And she was truly AMAZING! !! She had so much great advice. She gave me a couple products to try and asked me to come back in next week so she can see how I’m doing and which products were or were not working for me. She spent a ridiculous amount of time with me and at no time did I feel rushed or silly asking my many questions. I just want to say it’s people like Miriam that keep me coming back to the Sephora in Times Square!!! Can’t wait to go back with my results! Thank you so much!!!!

    Yestarday I visited Sephora store in PC # 528. I was assisted by Stephanie.C. And I am very happy
    with my purchase ! Stephanie gave me professional advice about the colours which compliment my
    skin tone,eyes and hair.She gave me a lot of attention,answered many questions and gave me some different colours to try. Adorable person and a helpful professional !
    The customer service was as great . All the time I spent there I felt welcome and I will certainly come again. Amazing experience ! Thank you !

I Went to Sephora in Galleria Tyller Mall in Riverside and it was a great experience, I had never used make up before and the way they handle my silly questions and suggest products or give me advices was really helpful and make me feel comfortable. I finished so happy with the make over they did and the attention that I will definitely go back and bring with me some friends 🙂
