having shopped at my local store ever since it opened i was shocked yesterday (10/6/13 to find that the store manager would not exchange the colour inks that i had bought a few weeks ago. i returned them in there original pack (.THAT IT HAD LEAKED IN THE PACK )but unfortunately i didn.t have my receipt and was told to go to the bank to obtain bank statements i had already been on the phone earlier and asked the young lady on your help line for some advice having had a word with the manager she advised me to take them back which i did only to be told about the bank statements on my arrival home i rang again to tell the young lady that it didn.t work out this time i spoke to a young man who put me on hold while he went off to do some checking and after 15 mins the phone went dead. i immediately phoned again and had to go through all of it again another 15 mins on the phone only to be told that the manager was adament that he won.t do any thing for me with out bank statements it.s a sorry state of affairs when they treat all people as scammers well thats the last inks i buy for asda yours sincerely R CHICK
