Just visited Ruby Tuesday’s at Moorehead City, N.C. A survey number was not included on my receipt. Our service was a horrible experience. We waited between 10-15 minutes to even see our server ( 1031 Angela F.) After another 10 minutes or so we finally got our drinks. At this point our order was taken. After waiting for 30 plus additional minutes two of the five orders was brought out. After an additional 5 plus minutes the manager came out to inform us that there would be a wait of an additional 30 minutes unless two of our party wanted to change their orders. They had ordered baked potatoes and apparently according to the manager they were in the oven but not near ready for serving. Once the order was change to accommodate our hosts, we waited an additional 10-15 minutes. So sad to see a reparable business fail so miserably. Once the food finally arrived they forgot the side that had been charged from the baked potato. Again sad service. On top of all that; two in our party had food that was burnt on one side. The manager did see that after gathering the plates and discounted that meal from the ticket. The manager offered two free deserts as if that would fix everything and make everything okay. Bottom line horrible service. We spent 1 1/2 hours in this horrific atmosphere. Sure hope that this is not the norm.

The ticket had been cut at the bottom so that we were not given the opportunity to enter a survey.

Terribly sad service by both the server and the manager.
