  1. I was at your Kroger Pharmacy on 8/22/13 and my receipt printout had a promotion for 50 fuel points. It had me go to www. krogerfeedback.com and enter the information that they provided.
It was Date 08/22/13, Time:03:17, Entry ID : 021-252-62-857-65-127. I did this and filled out the rest of the survey. Entered my Kroger Plus card number which is 42104324554 6. These points were never loaded to my card. I was just to the fuelling station in New Haven, IN this afternoon and they had not been loaded on to my card.

  4. My entry info did not list which was the store # or cashier id# or any other that was requested. just the date and time . it was obvious that you made it difficult to apply the info to the survey, as to where we are not able to get the fuel points or any other savings.

Train your baggers. It happened again today. Dry packaged stuff in the insulated “Fry’s” bag, the sushi and deli product in a plastic store bag. In Ohio in winter, that’s probably OK. In Greater Phoenix, AZ, that’s gross ignorance or gross disregard for food safety. Don’t you teach your baggers that sushi usually contains raw seafood? Or that food out of the deli is refrigerated for a reason? On top of that, the packer packed the milk on its side. Guess what I found all over the bottom of the bag when I got home. This was at Fry’s Marketplace #680 at 15215 N. Cotton Lane, Surprise, AZ, at 2:07 p.m today (10-15-13). The cashier was Angela, but she didn’t pack the groceries. I’ve had the same kind of indifference at other Fry’s stores in the area. Usually the baggers kids who don’t know much about anything. Listen, if you’re that lax about how groceries are packed, consider this an application for a job. It probably pays sub-sub-minimum wage, but if no thinking is required, I may as well try to pick up that easy money. I may not qualify because I pay attention to what I do and I would certainly be a lot more careful about how I packed the shoppers’ purchases. But at least, train the kids.

I just want to let you know how disappointed I am that my local Kroger store no longer allows fundraisers for thier local customers at the store fronts. I was informed that corporate Kroger made a decision to eliminate all fundraisers not sponsored by Kroger. This is very disturbing to me, considering the people that would benefit from local fundraising efforts, would most likely be the very customers that keep your doors open.

I was at Kroger today, November 10, 2013 and would like to receive coupons in the mail and Kroger gas. Thank you. I like the new store, right now trying to get used to the new aisles though. Your cashiers’ are extremely nice and courteous.

  15. I love Kroger Foods. As a child, in Ohio, my family shopped Kroger (that was the name of the grocery store) every week. Now living in AZ, I love that Kroger is the food product in Fry’s Marketplace. Feels just like “home”. Thanks for being here!

Not one person did not offer to help me find what in need. They all get 100, A+ for their kindness to me.

You people suck. You offer a promotion but make it so confusing no one can get the 50 extra fuel points you promise. Nothing but an insulting waste of time. So I’ll not waste my time anymore. I’m going back to Safeway. And I will bring my family and friends there as well. Piss off you insulting lying ass bitches.

I have tried for about 40 minutes to get into http://www.krogerfeedback.com! I have not succeeded because your web site will not let me get into it to get my 50 fuel points from my receipt!

  19. Went to buy ground beef and noticed that it was priced per package. In order to get the price per pound you had to calculate. $4.76 per lb !!

This seems like a deceptive practice to try and hide the price per pound. May be the going rate, but deceptive for pre-packaged, factory ground beef.

I will not buy ground beef from Kroger any longer. Sams Club beef is better any way.
