  7. I do not have my receipt- did not know I would need it to give my complaint/suggestion. We absolutely love your steaks and your green beans are out of this world good!!! HOWEVER, all 4 of us between the ages of 30-45, agreed that the STUPID birthday song heard 5 times during our dinner course is completely out of date. YOU NEED TO STOP. I believe Red Lobster dropped it a few years ago and it’s a much nicer dining experience. We would be HIGHLY likely to return if you got rid of that stupid tradition. Your restaurants are far too nice for this. Otherwise, I have to be honest and say O’Charley’s has fabulous food and NO stupid birthday song- we go there quite often 🙂 Thank you.

0085 Table 5 # Party 5 Peyton, S. SvrCk 7 2:51p 05/29/16: I really don’t know where to start with this complaint, but On Sunday the 29 of May I attended the Outback Restaurant in Aiken, SC. First of all as we entered to be seated I asked the hostess for a tablet instead of a booth and that’s when the bad services began from the waiters not knowing who was going to serve us. By this I mean one can after one asked us what we wanted to drink. After getting our drinks, we had to ask do we get bread, which can not warm enough to even melt the butter, and then we waited and waited as we watched everyone around us get our meal, to get told by the waitress, I’m sorry but they messed up on one of the orders and the other orders waited undelivered and finally we received our dinners that was not warm and one order had to be sent back because it was too cold and not prepared correctly. So we asked for the manager can out apologizing before we could explain what was going on, telling us something about a printer is out and unnecessary excuses, we later later learned after the dinner was brought back corrected, that the ones that suppose to bring the dinners out was not helping the waiter, I would hate to believe it was a racist issue, but I was not satisfied with the service we received as paying customers, we should have gotten the same service that is given to all. I paid $122.42 and a $8.00 tip, yes they took for the price of the appetizers but I still feel the service could and should be better. I have had better service here before, so I was really surprised of the service.

  10. I was guest, so no receipt. My California Chicken Sandwich was soggy bottom. The avocado salad was mush on top of chicken

My stomach bothered me for hours after eating it. I certainly would not return. Don’t care if there is a free blooming onion enticement.
