  2. I am a regular JCP customer and am happy to oblige by filling out customer survey forms since I believe this provides valuable feedback.

However, yesterday I was a bit taken back when the girl at the check out counter first asked if I had a smart phone and then asked if I had a minute to spare. Next thing I know she has taken my phone, ostensibly to assist me in filling in the digits to get me started, but then proceeds to fill out the entire survey for me!

When I asked why I couldn’t do it online, she said ” I asked if you had a minute and you said yes!” What I certainly hadn’t acquiesced to was her filling out the entire survey for me. I could see she kept punching ” highly satisfied” for every question, which IS IN NO WAY REFLECTIVE of what I wished to write.

Also she has written some comment giving herself a great review, which to my mind is dishonest.

I wish to bring this to your attention so it can be remedied. There is no point in receiving feedback that is dishonest and in no way reflective of what the customer wishes to write.

This happened at the New York store on 33rd street and 6th Avenue.

    Would appreciate your feedback.
