Worst customer service ever! Alisia or whatever from the marconi location in Carmichael, ca ignored all of the customers until she was good an ready to do anything. She also had no knowledge of how 2 use a Coupon so she said it didnt work then said they dont accept a certain card because she again didnt even no what it waz even when i told her all you do is slide it. The stupid uneducated mexicans at this location are extremely rude and impolite. No wonder they’re stuck workin at a fast food place. Do not go there! Not clean, polite, or personable. Customer service sucks and hav no education!
Wen I go to jack in the box the one on downey and maribel gives me good service,she does a great job she always have a smile ,very friendly
