March27/13-wenesday, location Alameda, Southore Center, Burger king Drive Thru time 2:06pm the attendant dont have any consern at all and rude, employee badge# 8005 name maricel, I been eatng in the same store the employee dont even have time to ask they always rushng I thingk they need more training job realated not jst wrkng there in the store, this people needed to be aware of they customer service, im jst hoping this matter will be corrected each day, dont get me, wrng I love Burger king but? If this kind of employee working there I rather go some were else that give a customer service instead.
I was one of the custummer of the restaurant #8410 burger king but I stop of going there for the following reason.The person who was in charge of the restaurant during the Wednesdays and Fridays night, she always was just siiting in the dunny room with a guy or sometimes she was out side on the back door of the restaurant. I saw her talking with i guy and I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to someone could take my order and I was angry because she dont care about the customer that we were waiting for her to take our order. I ask at someone who was walking around the restaurant and he told me that her name is erika and she is the manager. Now I am customer of another burder king of woodburn oregon and yesturday I found april 12 2013 I pass by the restaurant and is saw that the same person Erika working there on the night. I think that person that like erika are not good imagen for the restaurant, I decide to stop going to that restaurant because I don’t want to see any manager having sex with people on the restaurant and not taking care of us as a customer. I hope everyone could stop going to the restaurant i just mensionate about.
On April 17 2013 around 9.28 pm we weres at burgerking 13272. I order one chipotle chicken sandwich n I did mention I don’t want Bacon in it, n she even mention in de reciept, but wen I took my order n wen home we found did it did contain Bacon n thank god we didn’t consumed it as its not in our religion. It was very bad experience n people working there should take care of customer order n they satisfaction…..

My order was wrong I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo what a large coke large fry. I got a diet coke small fries that were not fully cooked a double cheeseburger and I paid extra for 2 & a half slices of bacon that wasn’t there drive thru took 10 min. crappy
I am upset when I ordered the same meal ordered 2 days ago the price had gone up $4.00. The difference was in 2 days the price of sausage patties jumped from $ 0.50 to $2.00 in this time frame. When I complained the cashier Cheyenne at the Connersville, In. store told me to deal. She then called over the manager to void out that part of my purchase. After handing the food to me it appear that she slammed the window shut. Your competition McDonald sells their additional sausage patties for $1.00. I understand needing to raise prices but this is extreme!
today myself and my son visted the bk at 3808Mcfarland blvd.e tuscaloosa ,al and was very dissatisfied with the whole meal … that bugers were smaller than the buns , the stacker was really poor and the fries were dripping with grease.. my sons chicken sandwitch was dripping with mayo… gross.. iwould have had rather had the pictures on the signs if this is how the business is going to be run.. Buger King has forgotten that food that taste good and that looks good is what the public wants … is it …. thank you bridgette a morrow

I live in Independence, Iowa and our burger king is awful. They are constantly messing up our orders. We get the wrong sandwiches, or no sandwiches at all, we ask for plain and they come with EVERYTHING on them. They play the blame game off on other people. We are FED UP with their service.
je suis aller au retaurant de granby sur la principal j ai été servi par le gerant il avait la barbe pas fait la chemise taché et je n ais pas eue ce que je voulais en plus de la salade passé date et jaune je suis aller fumé dehor puis aucun sandrier l entré ressemble a un sandrier puis y a eue une orage et j ai recu le parasole sur moi et je n ais eue aucune compassion de la part du gerant il est irrespectueux pour les employés c est une cuisine ouverte donc s il a des réprimante a faire pas devant les clients ca manque de classe par contre Martine la gerante est adorable avec les clients en plus de laissé les employés seule pour aller prier en bas et de laissé un message de ne pas etre derangé quand il prie quand les employés sont debordés belle attitude de la par du responsable
The food is great but this promo thing is a joke, Why are we charged so much for a small fry and small coke just to get the free Whopper?
Its cheaper for me to just buy another Whopper. The fries are not that great anyway.
Fast service
We have been regular customers at the Burger King at the 7760 Sunrise Blvd , Citrus Heights, Ca. location for some time. The employee at the window who usually serves us (Kenny) has always been very helpful and if we ever had a problem he was sure to take care of us. An employee like this should be highly commended for his overseeing of his customers especially in this day and age of general unresponsibity and lack of caring by a major part of our youth. We hope that you commend him by more than a pat on back. Thank you.
Upon visiting KFC I experienced the casher irritated and inexperience it trouble her to count out change. Proceeded to the buffet, the hot food remaining was secured around the edges and was being transferred to another pan for customers to eat. The water temperature was extremely too high. I asked the Manager if could fill the coleslaw and she replied “They Were Out” She walked away. The restaurant was extremely dirty, trash on floor, tables, trash was so full you had to place on top of cans. The restrooms were dirty. I shouldn’t have eaten there (Not that I did just turnip greens and no one knew when pepper sauce was) But I only wanted to see what went on next. Poor service, customers leaving, long wait for food, small amounts being add to the buffet which was gone quickly not only the customers eating the manager was using it for the drive thru orders. I took pictures of the buffet, trash throughout the restaurant as well as the restrooms.
I live in Michigan and think that BK should still have the angry wopper it was the best thing they had.
My husband and I visited the Burger King drive thru on May 26 2014 at 3:29pm in Heath Ohio. As we was pulling up to the window to get our food there was a hole right at the window that brought the car to a sudden stop it whipped my neck and I said what in the heck was that a hole and the lady who waited on us her name was 159 Shaunna she said yes it has been there. I said I already have neck and back problems. But with that jar it made my neck head hurt sending pain all the way down my spine. We got home I was having pain in my neck and down my spine. It aggravated my nerves I started having red welts coming on my arms. It’s really terrible to stop to get something to eat and get pain. I know that is not very good on vehicles either. I had a order at BK that was way over priced and then my receipt was not legible to take the survey. Must be because this location in Elliott city MD did not want surveyed.
i tried to take the mybkexperience survey, but there were no restaurant codes/numbers on my receipt. I have visited the same Burger King 3 times in the last month, and each time was an awful experience. (Burger King- Washougal/Camas Washington).
The service was really bad, I did not receive everything I had ordered, and the food was so bad my own dog wouldn’t even eat it.
The restaurant is filthy. Every table in the place was dirty/sticky, service is slow due to lack of employees.
I definitely will not be going back to your restaurant anymore due to these problems.
