How to take part in the Gap survey

  • Go to the Gap Survey website (www.survey4gap.com)
  • Select your language (English, French or Spanish)
  • Type in your age and select gender
  • Enter the store number from your receipt
  • Continue to complete the survey

  3. I complimented the staff, as I have done many times before, on the immaculate condition of the Westfield, NJ store. I had visited to Gap store at the Mall at Short Hills 2 weeks ago and it was in shambles. The tables looked like a tornado had gone thru them and the dressing rooms were a disaster, so bad I could’t find a room that didn’t have items on the floor from the previous customer…I walked out of the store because the music was soooo loud I couldn’t think and the condition of the store turned me off…
