What is Tell Kroger?
Tell Kroger is the store’s customer feedback survey, allowing it to keep in touch with it’s valuable customers thoughts, opinions and concerns. If you’re a regular shopper at Kroger or have recently visited a Kroger store then it may be worth telling Kroger your shopping experience – Kroger is a grocery chain whom listens to it’s customers and takes their opinions to hear, so rest assured your voice will be heard.
We found the survey to take on average 10-15 minutes maximum, and for your time taken you will have a chance to win a $100 Kroger gift card.

I was at your Kroger Pharmacy on 8/22/13 and my receipt printout had a promotion for 50 fuel points. It had me go to www. krogerfeedback.com and enter the information that they provided.
It was Date 08/22/13, Time:03:17, Entry ID : 021-252-62-857-65-127. I did this and filled out the rest of the survey. Entered my Kroger Plus card number which is 42104324554 6. These points were never loaded to my card. I was just to the fuelling station in New Haven, IN this afternoon and they had not been loaded on to my card.
Kroger has good competitive prices on most items. I rather shop Kroger.
Idont know what you mean as to website
My entry info did not list which was the store # or cashier id# or any other that was requested. just the date and time . it was obvious that you made it difficult to apply the info to the survey, as to where we are not able to get the fuel points or any other savings.
I REALLY ENJOY SHOPPING AT KROGERS. THEY HAVE GREAT SAVINGS EACH WEEK AND THEY EXCEPT COUPONS EACH AND EVERY DAY. I WOULD NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE.
I LOVE SHOPPING @ KROGER.
I did the FUEL POINT SURVEY, where are my 50 extra FUEL POINTS ?
Thank you Kroger, you are the best.
I entered for the 50 fuel points on 9-17-13 & have not received credit for them.
Train your baggers. It happened again today. Dry packaged stuff in the insulated “Fry’s” bag, the sushi and deli product in a plastic store bag. In Ohio in winter, that’s probably OK. In Greater Phoenix, AZ, that’s gross ignorance or gross disregard for food safety. Don’t you teach your baggers that sushi usually contains raw seafood? Or that food out of the deli is refrigerated for a reason? On top of that, the packer packed the milk on its side. Guess what I found all over the bottom of the bag when I got home. This was at Fry’s Marketplace #680 at 15215 N. Cotton Lane, Surprise, AZ, at 2:07 p.m today (10-15-13). The cashier was Angela, but she didn’t pack the groceries. I’ve had the same kind of indifference at other Fry’s stores in the area. Usually the baggers kids who don’t know much about anything. Listen, if you’re that lax about how groceries are packed, consider this an application for a job. It probably pays sub-sub-minimum wage, but if no thinking is required, I may as well try to pick up that easy money. I may not qualify because I pay attention to what I do and I would certainly be a lot more careful about how I packed the shoppers’ purchases. But at least, train the kids.
I tried about 8times to enter the “come-on” for 50 extra points for fuel…no such luck none of my 5 reciepts from Smith”s grocer in Albuquerque had a survey number…WHY…how do i recieve the extra fuel points?????
I just want to let you know how disappointed I am that my local Kroger store no longer allows fundraisers for thier local customers at the store fronts. I was informed that corporate Kroger made a decision to eliminate all fundraisers not sponsored by Kroger. This is very disturbing to me, considering the people that would benefit from local fundraising efforts, would most likely be the very customers that keep your doors open.
The last two times I have Entered for fuel points and sweepstakes I received NO points added to my loyalty card!
why is it so hard to get fuel points offered to you when its not hard to spend money at fred meyer in Tillamook and get a promotion to take a survey you cant get into under wwwkrogerfeedback.com
I was at Kroger today, November 10, 2013 and would like to receive coupons in the mail and Kroger gas. Thank you. I like the new store, right now trying to get used to the new aisles though. Your cashiers’ are extremely nice and courteous.
I completed the survey for extra fuel points and for the gift card, you asked for a loyalty card ,I thought you meant my Kroger plus card but you wouldn’t accept that. so what do you mean by a loyalty card.
I love Kroger Foods. As a child, in Ohio, my family shopped Kroger (that was the name of the grocery store) every week. Now living in AZ, I love that Kroger is the food product in Fry’s Marketplace. Feels just like “home”. Thanks for being here!
I’m from Louisville,Kentucky and I was shopping at The Fry’s store in Sauarita for around 5 months while visiting my friends in Amado,Az. All employees were awesome and store very very clean.I talked to manager Louie or Louis nice guy.Tom in produce,Carlene in customer service, Julie(Juls) at front, Richard in dairy and Lyndia and all the girls and guys in deli went out of their way to help me everyday I was shopping. A great group of people very friendly, professional and kind and always smiling whenever I was in there.Starbucks group great also. The greatest group of employees and always very positive and really made my shopping fun. Not one person did not offer to help me find what in need. They all get 100, A+ for their kindness to me.
You people suck. You offer a promotion but make it so confusing no one can get the 50 extra fuel points you promise. Nothing but an insulting waste of time. So I’ll not waste my time anymore. I’m going back to Safeway. And I will bring my family and friends there as well. Piss off you insulting lying ass bitches.
I have tried for about 40 minutes to get into http://www.krogerfeedback.com! I have not succeeded because your web site will not let me get into it to get my 50 fuel points from my receipt!
King Soopers/Kroger has been our favorite grocery store for many years. We shop there weekly. We have enjoyed the 50 point fuel bonus numerous times; however, now it is impossible to register for the fuel points even though the cash register receipt states “Tell Us How We Are Doing! Earn 50 BONUS FUEL POINTS!” We are unable to access the fuel points screen, instead, we are overwhelmed with time-consuming prizes offers. Is the cash register receipt statement deceptive advertising? We have asked a manager at store #47 how to access the fuel points site. He made up an answer. We think he has never accessed the Kroger website. What is going on? Is your 50 bonus fuel points a phony deal?? Dann Jurgens, Centennial Colorado
I have also spent considerable time trying to claim 50 gas points with no luck. I was quite surprised
because your Stores are so well managed and this site is so garbled. JR
Went to buy ground beef and noticed that it was priced per package. In order to get the price per pound you had to calculate. $4.76 per lb !!
This seems like a deceptive practice to try and hide the price per pound. May be the going rate, but deceptive for pre-packaged, factory ground beef.
I will not buy ground beef from Kroger any longer. Sams Club beef is better any way.
Me and my dad shops at Kroger a lot there are 2 cashiers who is really friendly Denise and Doris love shopping there and seeking there friendly face and smile
