  2. Your Copy/Print department at the 555 High Street , Fairground Plaza Rt. 5 4 1 Mt Holly NJ store is outstanding. Michael stayed and hour and 15 minutes past his quitting time to make sure everything was entered correctly for my rather large order. After that, Mary made sure everything was completed in a timely manner for me and that I was completely satisfied with the purchase. Both were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend that others visit your store when they have printing needs. Thank you so much.

    Teena has a smile on her face every time I come in. Tenna knows me by name and its such a warm feeling when they do recognize you! Teena has helped/or assisted me with the fax machine, printing out my business cards, scanning documents or anything I need with my business.

  12. I have always had a good relationship with the helpful employees at Staples San Luis Obispo stores. However, recently I purchased some paper on which there was a rebate and noticed a rebate offer for the same product. I suggested to the (new) employee that maybe we should use a second receipt for the second offer and he insisted it would be no problem. It was. I had to return to the store and return and rebuy the 4 reams of HM paper for the second offer. Juan was very good and patient but he did not explain that the rebate would not show the total of the rebate but just one. I think the whole experience would have been better if the original new employee asked when he did not know, rather than guessing.

    My shopping experience in the Berlin, NJ store was “EASY”. I had a question that Darly was prompt and very helpful. I could not locate the item that I need and store/Shift Supervisor, Victor took the time to assist while on the floor. He even went in the back room to locate the item I was looking for as it had just been taken off of the shelf. These are two good men and did staples proud!

  15. Went to your website listed on the receipt to take the survey. Tried several times, it failed each time to accept the survey code that I put in (without any spaces, etc). I have ordered online several times to do an in store pickup on several items. Both times, I handed the customer service rep my receipt I printed off from the online order. Both times, they charged me the in store price. I had to have them redo it each time. Both times, they stated that “they didn’t even look at the pricing from the online order.” They were always very pleasant and polite. It would help if they looked at what the customer was handing them.

  16. I visited the Staples branch in Irondequoit, NY on 9/8/16. I left angry at the “computer expert” Aaron. The store was busy. Wendy the manager, and Sandy the cashier were kind and tried to help me. They said Aaron wasn’t there. Wendy called him, and told me he was on his way back. I waited an hour. He said he didn’t know that I was waiting!? He seemed unconcerned and unempathetic with my problem. He said he couldn’t fix it. When I asked what he would do if he had this problem with his own computer, he said “fix it at home”, but he couldn’t fix it in the store!! I hope Aaron is not typical of your Staples “computer techies”. He had no suggestions on a BETTER place to go for help!

    The floor salesman was quick to appear in the printer area where I had seen some great deals advertised online. He was courteous and answered all of the questions that I might have had before I could even speak them. He was very helpful, and I got a great discount on a printer. The ink cartridges were a bit high priced, but not the highest priced there. He was more than willing to help me. explained to me the empty cartridge policy of Staples. The cashier was also very friendly, thorough, and quick. All in all, it was a great shopping experience; because I was pleased with the service and the products I purchased, I’ll be sure to return.
