- With your receipt in-hand, visit the survey website and enter the entry code, date and time of your visit, and also the amount you spent while there. Click the start button afterward to begin the survey.
- You will answer general questions pertaining to your recent visit.
- Afterward, you will be asked to rate your overall satisfaction with the restaurant.
- Further in the survey, you will answer additional questions about the food, service, etc. and eventually be asked personal information including a way to contact you in order to be entered in the sweepstakes.

For the Nandos survey, you need to visit their satisfaction website in order to take it. The UK version is open to both UK and the Republic of Ireland residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of the restaurant or promotion, as well as their family members, are not eligible to enter. You will be entered in the weekly sweepstakes for a chance to win two £100 or $100 gift cards.
