Originally founded in South Africa in 1987, Nandos has received international fame as a casual dining restaurant that specializes in grilled chicken and peri-peri marinades. Their headquarters are now located in Portugal, and the restaurant chain has expanded to around 1000 outlets across 30 countries.

By taking the Nandos survey, you will be providing important feedback to the restaurant chain that will help Nandos further develop their company and services. You will be answering basic questions about your visit as well as providing a satisfaction rating.

What You Will Need

If you want to participate in the Nandos survey, you will have to have a strong Internet connection as the survey is completed online. Keep the recent from your most recent visit as you will be required to fill in information found on the receipt. As a receipt is required, you will have to visit a Nandos restaurant in order to be eligible to participate.

How to Participate in the Nandos Survey

  • With your receipt in-hand, visit the survey website and enter the entry code, date and time of your visit, and also the amount you spent while there. Click the start button afterward to begin the survey.

  • You will answer general questions pertaining to your recent visit.
  • Afterward, you will be asked to rate your overall satisfaction with the restaurant.
  • Further in the survey, you will answer additional questions about the food, service, etc. and eventually be asked personal information including a way to contact you in order to be entered in the sweepstakes.

Nandos has an extensive official website where you can find out everything you wish to know about the restaurant chain. There is a worldwide page to link you to your country’s official website to find more information unique to your location.

For the Nandos survey, you need to visit their satisfaction website in order to take it. The UK version is open to both UK and the Republic of Ireland residents who are 18 years or older. Employees of the restaurant or promotion, as well as their family members, are not eligible to enter. You will be entered in the weekly sweepstakes for a chance to win two £100 or $100 gift cards. One entry per person per 14-day period is allowed.

Nandos Hours

Operating hours for Nandos is based on country and individual restaurants. The standard hours, however, appear to be 11 AM-10 PM, Mon-Sun with some restaurants opening at 11:30 AM on Sun. instead. You can use the various store locators we linked to below to find your nearest restaurant.
