Getting Started with the GameStop Survey

  • Visit the www.tellgamestop.com survey website
  • Type in the GameStop Associate Number in the first field
  • Enter the 14-digit Feedback Number in the second field (you can find the number on the bottom right of your receipt)
  • Click ‘Start’
  • Answer all required questions
  • Upon completion, enter your personal information to be entered into the GameStop Sweepstakes.

GameStop Sweepstakes: More Info

The current Sweepstakes Period started on April 1st, 2019 and ends on March 31, 2020 at 5 p.m., CST.

In order to be eligible you need to be a legal resident of the U.S.A. and be at least 18 years old or major in the state of your residence upon the sweepstakes entry. GameStop employees and their “immediate” family members are not eligible by default.

Your chances of winning are not influenced by a purchase at GameStop. Each completed survey equals one entry and one chance of winning the sweepstake prize.

To enter the sweepstakes if you haven’t made a purchase or lost the receipt click the “Don’t Have a Receipt” button on the GameStop survey page to start the customer satisfaction survey without first entering the Associate and Feedback numbers.

  1. I paid FULL price for the new Luigi’s Mansion on 3/9/13 at the Wentzville, Mo store and I explicitly told them I would be on vacation until March 30th. I realize now there is a 48 hour hold policy (I was told it would NOT be a problem at the time of purchase), but, since I paid full price UP FRONT and was told it would not be an issue, I trusted that the game would be at the store waiting for me today (March 30th).
    Upon entering the store today, the guys (they were very polite) used the 48 hour disclaimer (which I was told was not an issue on 3/9) and offered to give my money back.
    Why would I pay in FULL 2 weeks before the game even came out if I wasn’t serious? Bottom line is, GameStop took the quick counter sale and sold MY game out from underneath me, instead of honoring what the representative told me.
    I would like a call today if possible on my cell at 314-574-2756 so I can go get the game my daughter now has to wait even longer for! What good does it do me to pay you all FULL price ahead of time if I don’t even get a verbal warning that it may be all for nothing?? Please respond promptly. Thank you.

  2. Michelle did a perfect job showing me what I wonted and what would be a good game to and keeps working with me till I was done. I am looking foreword to coming back in and asking her to help me again if it was a scale from 1 to 10 I would with out a doubt give her a 10. Can you thank her for that. I will thank her the next time I see her as well.
